I have been to many bike shops across the country and this is the best.

I will be forever grateful for Bedlam Bike Shop in Benton Harbor for rehabbing my tri bike and cross bike this summer. If you are looking for the best in the business, I kid you not: you won’t find better than these guys. Lee is one of the best mechanics in the country, and Kevin knows all the ins and outs of racing bikes, tris, gear and more. Plus they always offer you complimentary coffee or beers, and they have a dog patio for the pups. The knowledge I’ve gained from them this summer has helped my training and racing, and they actually care about who you are. Check them out if you’re near the area! I live in Grand Rapids and make the hike out there just for this shop.

Cant say enough good about the guys at Bedlam Bikes! The wealth of knowledge Kevin and Lee have about cycling and the industry is hard to find. They both go above and beyond with what they do. Over the last few months I feel like I've lived there as I've demoed saddles and Kevin has helped me find the right one for me and my road bike, Lee has meticulously serviced road bikes for both my wife and I, and just recently I purchased a wheel set from them and they installed tires, tubes and the wheels while I was there. Not to mention the convos and brainstorming about future upgrades to both my road and mountain bike. Hard to find knowledge and service like this. These guys are a huge benefit to the cycling community in Southwest Michigan!

I purchased a custom bike build from Bedlam several months ago, and Kevin and Lee get 5-stars for literally every aspect of the experience. Pre-sale planning, purchase, build, fitting, and after sale service - every phase and every interaction with these two gentleman has been favorable. I warned them, more than half my rides route past their shop, and I stop in often to ask questions and request adjustments. They thrive on this stuff! They sincerely welcome riders to the Bedlam family and I'm pleased to be counted among them. This was a major investment and a big step up from the hybrid bike I was riding. I'm so pleased I chose to invest with Bedlam. Thank you guys!
